No water, no soda, just shochu. Just like other distilled spirits, having shochu by itself is a good way
to enjoy it. It doesn’t have to be particularly cold or warm, it can be enjoyed at room temperature
itself. This way you can taste unique flavours brought out by the base ingredients used. Because of the high alcohol content, you can follow it up with a chaser like occasional sips of water in between.
Drink it chilled for a clean taste. Drink it at room temperature for a rich taste.
